1. There can be NO incompletes on the student's record after this date.
2. If the registrar shows an Incomplete, the student will not be cleared
for Capstone.
3. It is the student's responsibility to insure the Incomplete is cleared
and on file with the UNT registrar by this date.
4. It normally takes several weeks for the Registrar to process an incomplete
after the paper work is officially turned in, so students are advised to
plan ahead.

status for the Capstone Experience
-If approved, they will see the Blackboard Site
-If not approved, they will be notified through EagleConnect
February 18
LIS End of Program Questionnaire due. It will be in
the online Capstone exam site. The graduate school will have a separate
evaluation instrument
February 19
Last day for students to file for graduation without
a fee
February 22
Capstone Experience Examination begins
at 8:00 am on this day
March 1
Capstone Experience Examination ends
at 8:00 am on this day. No essays will be accepted after 8:00 am.
March 5
Last day for students to file for graduation
with a late fee. No application for graduations accepted after this date.
March 26
Results of Capstone Experience will
be reported to students by this date.
April 9
Results of Comprehension Examination
must be reported to the Graduation.
